As a long-term partner of Monsoon, Open Reply has led the brand’s evolution into a mobile and tablet ecommerce retailer. With a delivery plan spanning over 3 years, Open Reply has identified, proposed and delivered benefit-led solutions based on web analytics and usability testing insight. Examples include the implementation of a multi-platform ecommerce site adapted for Monsoon’s customers, analysis and streamlining of operational processes to reduce on-going costs, and conversion rate optimisation with split testing.
Throughout this period there have been over 10 major releases in strict release windows, which have been executed whilst working with a legacy platform and ensuring that requirements from multiple stakeholders are fulfilled.
